Carer Support Program
St John's Ambulance have put together a timetable of training for Carers.
- Week 1 – Caring Skills & Basic First Aid
- Week 2 – Benefits Advice & Managing Continence
- Week 3 – Safer Moving and Handling & Preventing Fall
- Week 4 – Stress Management & Relaxation Skills
Each course comprises of 4 mornings of 3 hours each:
10.30am – lunch 1 – 1.30pm
