Trustee and Governance Information Centre

NCVO's Trustee and Governance Information Centre has now been launched. It contains a wealth of information for trustees, boards and anyone working in third sector governance.

The Information Centre covers a wide range of Trustee and Governance topics including responsibilities and duties of trustees, holding effective board meetings, how to change your governing document, and the CEO's relationship with the board.
