Ladder4Learning
The ladder4learning website and telephone advice service was launched at the beginning of June and has received a steady stream of calls and website visitors. The website contains a range of useful information, factsheets and discussions relevant to workforce development along with a database of forthcoming courses.
Website and project developments:
Ladder4learning asked for your ideas about the features you’d like to see included as the project and website were developed. These ideas are summarised in a short online survey – please take 5 minutes to let them know what you think of their plans at:

Input to your AGMs/community lunches/other events:
Ladder4learning can attend events (AGMs, community lunches, etc) to offer demonstrations of their website or workshops on various aspects of workforce development.so please get in touch if this would be useful.
TNA project:
As part of this project ladder4learning will be promoting the use of Training Needs Analyses and encouraging frontline organisations to use appropriate tools to identify and plan their workforce development. They have a small amount of funding to support local events and promotions (in the South West Region) and would like to work in partnership with support organisations to do this. If you have any other TNA tools that you’d be prepared to share along with examples of where they’ve been used to good effect, they would like to hear about them.
