Active and In Touch
ViSTA have been funded by Somerset County Council Active Lives team to run a short pilot project, mapping existing services for older and vulnerable people in the Frome area.
The Active and In Touch project will recruit local volunteers to reach out to more isolated older people in their community. Volunteers visit people in their homes to chat, listen and support them in finding local groups and activities to join.
