If you are a new Chair of a board of trustees, or an existing Chair facing a particular challenge or requiring support, or a new trustee, then ViSTA can match you up to an experienced mentor. 

We are creating a bank of mentors who have substantial experience as Chairs and as trustees in the Voluntary and Community Sector.

We are also seeking mentors for the scheme and would be delighted to hear from you.
